A new build located at 15 minute drive from the Leicester city center. This is a corner property and is overlooking a lovely park area.

• We started this property with a blank canvas, as is often the case with most new builds. This house already had the flooring, electrical fixtures, and kitchen installed.
• In the living room, we opted for neutral tones, with the dominant colour showcased in the super-comfortable recliner sofa. A bespoke media wall, featuring slatted panels and built-in storage, was designed to serve as a striking focal point.
• In the dining area, we introduced a vibrant pop of teal through the upholstered dining chairs, adding a refreshing contrast to the otherwise calm palette.
• The master bedroom reflects a timeless favourite — classic Damask wallpaper in a rich, deep purple, beautifully balanced with soft beige tones for a calming yet luxurious feel.
• The loft bedrooms each bring their own unique charm: one is inspired by the warmth of glowing sunflower yellow, while the other features a bold mix of burnt orange and teal, creating a dynamic and playful vibe.
• Throughout the house, we’ve thoughtfully styled picture-worthy furniture and decor pieces to tie the spaces together and add personality to every corner.
